We will deliver our products to your doorstep on Thursday morning
between(1 am - 8 am). You don't have to do anything except having fun! Please make sure, that you will put all ingredients into the fridge.


How to join the meeting?
2 hours before the event, all participants will receive a link via email that will allow them to join the meeting, it will be active 10 minutes before the start. Before that, please install the Zoom application on your phone or computer, depending on what you will use during the meeting. A link to instructions on how to do this can be found below. It will also be valuable for all of us if you set your name in the application to make it easier for us to communicate - learn how to do it ->

Meet the Team!
Mateusz Łuczaj
Kitchen Chef CulinaryOn
Mateusz completed a complete education in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu - one of the best culinary schools in the world, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of French cuisine techniques and haute cuisine restaurant standards. He worked as a garnishes & plating in Barcelona at the Arola Restaurant, signed by the head of Sergi Arola, awarded with two Michelin stars. He also gained experience in Asia at Wild Flour Bakery + Cafe, which is a popular chain of restaurants offering premium category food in the best locations in Manila. Mateusz was also a participant in the popular MasterChef show, he occasionally runs cooking classes on TVN and TVN Style. He spends a lot of time traveling, searching for new culinary and terroir cultures around the world.
What is terroir? - do not hesitate to ask him this question during the meeting!

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
Below you will find a list of ingredients that we will deliver to your door (1 day before) and cooking equipment, the preparation of which we will ask you before the start of the event. Thank you :)
Ingredients for the dough:

200 g of flour
90 ml of warm water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
30 g of butter

Ingredients for the stuffing:

1 tablespoon of butter
40 g of dried mushrooms
1 onion

Ingredients for borscht:

400 g of beetroot
600 ml of vegetable stock
1 teaspoon of spices
200 ml of vegetable stock
1 beetroot
40 ml of apple cider vinegar
1 apple









    Borscht with dumplings
    Cooking equipment:
    • chef's knife (sharp)
    • cutting board
    • bowl
    • pot 2-4 l
    • roller
    • tablespoons
    • ring for cutting a cake or a glass

    Ingredients:

    Ingredients for the dough:

    200 g of flour mixed with
    1 teaspoon of spices
    2 teaspoons of baking soda
    200 ml of milk combined with 60 g of honey
    100 g of sugar
    1 egg

    Ingredients for vanilla cream:

    200 ml of cream mixed
    10 g of vanilla paste


    Christmas gingerbread
