What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
Below you will find a list of ingredients that we will deliver to your door (1 day before during the night from 1 up to 7 am) and cooking equipment, the preparation of which we will ask you before the start of the event - it will help you organize yourselves.

ATTENTION - guests who do shopping by themselves, please prepare the stuffing and raspberry coulis before the event. Instruction and details you will find below.

Ingredients for the dish (2 person):
  • 200 g wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 4 g butter
  • 20 g dried wild mushrooms
  • 200 g sauerkraut
  • 50 g carrot
  • 20 g parsley
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 grains of allspice
  • 60 ml of linseed oil
  • 25 ml of rapeseed oil
  • 30 g onion

For both versions - greaves:
  • 1 shallot
  • 15 ml of rapeseed oil

Ingredients for the dish in the VEGAN version:

  • 200 g of flour
  • 90 g of warm water
  • 4 g of salt
  • 30 g of coconut oil
  • 200 g of sauerkraut
  • 20 g of dried porcini mushrooms
  • 50 g of carrots
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 grains of allspice
  • 60 ml of linseed oil
  • 25 ml of rapeseed oil
  • 30 g onion
Polish Pierogies with cabbage, wild mushrooms and pork scratchings
  • 2 cooking pots each 2 liters
  • Knife and board
  • Pan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Boiling water
  • 75 g biscuits
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 175 g natural cottage cheese
  • 10 ml of vanilla
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g icing sugar

  • 200 g of natural tofu
  • Candied orange peel
  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  • 10 ml of vanilla
  • 60 g of cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut shrims
  • 2 g baking powder
  • Frozen raspberries 50 g
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 75 g of biscuits, digestive types
  • 20 g of coconut oil
  • 2 g of spices

Christmas cheesecake with raspberry coulis
  • A mold for baking cheesecake - it can be either: metal ring (8-10 cm), cheesecake molds (aluminum, silicone) of the same diameter, paper molds (but they have to be used with shape-retaining molds), or a simple ceramic mug or a cup made of thick ceramics
  • A food processor or:
  • Large bowl (about 4l) x 2
  • Baking paper
  • Kitchen spatula
  • Whisk
  • Paper towels
  • Oven
  • Tray for the oven
  • Aluminum foil
    Preparation of stuffing for pierogies and raspberry coulis for participants shopping on their own
    Preparation of stuffing:
    1. Rinse the cabbage, optionally soak the mushrooms - add warm water.
    2. Prepare the vegetables: Dice the onion, peel the carrot and grate it.
    3. Pour rapeseed oil into a frying pan and heat it. Put the onion on the heated frying pan, fry until golden. Then add the grated carrot, fry for 3 minutes.
    4. Add the sauerkraut and wild mushrooms (they do not need to be soaked, you can add dry immediately) and spices (except parsley):
    - 2 bay leaves
    - 3 grains of allspice
    - 60 ml of linseed oil
    5. Simmer until soft, cool slightly. Finished stuffing grind or shred in the absence of a mincing machine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Add chopped parsley to the stuffing prepared in this way. After the stuffing has cooled down, put it in the fridge.

    Preparation of raspberry coulis:
    1. Put 50 g of sugar and 50 g of raspberries into a pot, reduce until you get a syrup.
    2. Blend.
    3. Then wipe it through the strainer, ready!
