Panna Cotta with strawberries
Ingredients (4 portions)
  • milk 250 ml
  • sugar 40 g
  • gelatin flakes 5 g
  • vanilla pod
  • cream min. 30%
  • strawberries 220 g
  • sugar powder
Step 1
Use tip of the knife and cut along the vanilla pod. Separate the seeds and put them aside.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes until it becomes soft. Pour milk and cream into a saucepan, add vanilla pod and vanilla seeds. Heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and take out the vanilla pod.
Step 3
Add soaked gelatin to milk and mix until it becomes completely dissolved.
Step 4
Pour the contents of the saucepan into molds and then put them in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours to make them solidify.
Step 5
Cut the strawberries. Take the panna cotta out of the fridge and decorate it with strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar powder.
