Ingredients (4 servings)
sugar 60 g
mascarpone cheese 250 g
Amaretto or Baileys 15 ml
espresso 175 ml
oblong biscuits Savoiardi 100 g
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and pour them into two separate bowls.
Whip the whites to stiff foam.
Still whipping the foam, slowly add the sugar.
Whip the yolks until it turns to light color, add the mascarpone and mix so that they combine well.
Egg white foam put to the mass of yolks and mascarpone and carefully combine everything together.
Add liqueur to coffee. Then put the biscuits in it (with the sugar side up) for 2 seconds.
Prepare the dish in which you will serve tiramisu. Arrange the soaked biscuits on the bottom with the sugar side down.
Cover the biscuits with egg and mascarpone mass. Then arrange the next layers of sponge cakes and masses to fill the dish. Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Sprinkle with cocoa and serve cold.
