Paella with seafood
Ingredients (4 servings)
  • diced onion 60 g
  • chopped leek 60 g
  • paprika powder 8 g
  • diced fresh sweet pepper 100 g
  • short grain rice 160 g
  • dry white wine 80 ml
  • water 400 ml
  • a pinch of saffron
  • mussels 100 g
  • cut scallops 100 g
  • chopped squids 100 g
  • shrimps 200 g
  • green peas 60 g
  • mussels 100 g
  • juice of one lemon
  • oil
  • salt, pepper as desired
Step 1

On hot oil, fry the onion and leek. Add fresh pepper and paprika powder.
Step 2
Add rice and mix well.
Step 3
Pour white wine into the pan.
Step 4
Add water and add saffron. Simmer covered for 10-12 minutes until the rice is cooked. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Step 5
When the rice is soft, add seafood and peas. Cook covered for 5-7 minutes. Pour lemon juice and serve.
