What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment, the preparation of which we will ask you before the start of the event.

If you can, please cook the potatoes, at least 2 hours before the start, so that they cool down.

Ingredients:
  • beef tenderloin 640 g
  • 1 sprig of sage
  • prosciutto ham 80 g (or dried tomatoes)
  • butter 40 g
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • wheat flour 30 g
  • salt pepper
  • balsamic sauce
  • olive oil
  • potatoes 450 g
  • milk 50 ml
  • butter 65 g
  • salt as desired
  • cream over 30% 20 ml

Saltimbocca alla Romana
Cooking equipment:
  • knife and cutting board
  • cooking pot 2-4 L
  • bowl
  • potato kneader or fork
  • meat hammer (optional)
  • frying pan
Ingredients for gnocchi:
1 large egg
3/4 glass of plain flour
500 grams cooked and mashed potatoes (potatoes should be cooked and cooled down before an online meeting)

Ingredients for sauce:

70 grams Guanciale or for VEGE option:

  • 40 grams Kalamata Olives
  • 40 grams sun-dried tomato

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 shot of cognac/rum/whiskey (optional)
small bunch of fresh parsley
40 grams of Parmesan or other hard cheese (Grana Padano, pecorino Romano)
40 grams of onion
1 can (400 grams) of pelati tomato
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

    Gnocchi all'Amatriciana
    Cooking equipment:
    • cooking pot 2-4L
    • a pan with a diameter of 20-26cm
    • grate
    • knife and cutting board
