Halloumi cheese fries on guacamole with orange
Cooking equipment:
  • cooking pot 2-4L
  • a pan with a diameter of 20-26cm
  • grate
  • knife and cutting board
  • paper towel
  • bowl
Ingredients:
Avocado 2 pcs
Large orange 1 pc
Lime 1 pc
Chilli 1 small piece
Red onion 1 small piece
Garlic clove 1 pc
Fresh Coriander 30 g
Salt and pepper - to taste
Halloumi cheese - 1 cube
Frying oil 100 ml


Step by step :

1. Cut the cheese in the shape of French fries, then heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese until golden brown.
2. Squeeze the lime juice into a bowl
3. Put the finely chopped chillies in the same bowl
4. Peel the avocado, put it in lime juice and knead it to "paste"
5. Chop the coriander and throw it into our guacamole
6. Squeeze 1 clove of garlic and combine with the rest of the ingredients
7. Peel the orange and cut out the orange fillets
8. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper
9. Look guacamole on the plate
10. Top with orange, halloumi and decorate with coriander leaves
Bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes
Cooking equipment:
  • bowl
  • mixer or blender
  • knife and cutting board
Ingredients:
The French baguette bread, thick around 1,5 cm
Sundries tomato in oil
The artichoke marinate in oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Step by step :
1. Bake a baguette at 180 degrees C for 7-8 minutes or use freshly bought in a bakery
2. Then cut the baguette diagonally
3. Blend the sun-dried tomatoes, lightly season with salt and pepper. Then spread the resulting paste of dried tomatoes on the bread.
4. Take the artichokes out of the jar and cut them into smaller pieces. Then put it on the baguette.
5. Optionally, you can also cut the tomato into smaller pieces and place it with the artichokes on a baguette.
Rambutini
A light, tropical cocktail based on rum and fresh fruit. A well-balanced, sweet and sour taste that will make you feel like you are on vacation.

Ingredients:
Bacardi Carta Blanca 40ml
Passion fruit puree 40ml
Banana 100g
Lemon juice 40ml
Cranberry juice 40ml

Step by step :
1. Mash the banana with a fork and add to a shaker.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice.
3. Pour in the remaining ingredients and cover with ice.
4. Scan, strain into an ice glass.
5. Garnish with lemon zest.
Strawberry Virgin Mojito
Another fresh and light coctail - this time without alcohol! A beloved classic straight from the beach parties. Omitting rum doesn't stand for ommiting fun!

Ingredients:
Strawberry puree 60 ml
Lime juice 30 ml
Simple syrup / honey 20 ml
Cardamom 3 grains
Mint 3-4 twigs
Soda (Sparkling Water) 200 ml

Step by step :
1. Cut the lime, put it in a glass and add sugar / syrup.
2. Knead it until the juice is squeezed out.
3. Clap the mint leaves to stimulate the aroma, add to the glass.
4. Cover with ice, add sparkling water, mix.
5. Garnish with the top of the mint and lime
