How to join the meeting?
2 hours before the event, all participants will receive an email link that will allow them to join the meeting, it will be active 10 minutes before the start. Before that, please install the Zoom application on your phone or computer, depending on what you will use during the meeting. A link to instructions on how to do this can be found below. It will also be valuable for all of us to set your name in the application to make it easier for us to communicate - learn how to do it ->

Jakub Botta
Chef in CulinaryOn
Jakub Botta is a passionate cook. He is pugnacious in the kitchen, breaks conventions and loves to experiment. He is closest to Polish and Mediterranean cuisine. He willingly shares his knowledge during workshops and live cooking shows. He worked in iconic Warsaw restaurants, such as Belvedere or Smaki Warszawy. He was also a chef at the Quale restaurant in Łódź. Organizer of many culinary events and supporter of traditional regional products. His dream is to publish a culinary book and open his own restaurant. A member of the Irish Beef Club, he is an ambassador of Irish lamb and beef in Poland. He also presented his skills in the TOP CHEF program.

We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
You will receive all the ingredients already measured - you do not have to buy additional ones. Our packages also include muffin molds. :)

Please obtain the necessary cooking equipment on your own, see the list below.
Please rinse and cook the rice until soft at least 30 minutes before the start of the workshop.

Ingredient for soybean:
  • soy milk 40 ml
  • oil 60 ml
  • black garlic 1 clove
Ingredients for a burger:
  • red beans 140 g
  • flaxseed 1 tbsp
  • beetroot leaven 40 ml
  • yeast flakes 1 tbsp
  • red rice 60 g
  • oatmeal 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 avocado
  • tomato
  • sunflower seeds 1 tbsp
  • burger bun 2 pieces
Beetroot burger with avocado and black garlic sauce
  • rice cooker, 1-2 l
  • frying pan with a diameter of 20-26 cm
  • knife and board
  • hand blender
  • spoons
Ingredients for muffins:

  • carrots 100 g
  • linseed 1 tbsp
  • warm water 1/4 cup
  • 100 g of flour
  • cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • ginger 1/3 tsp
  • salt 1/3 tsp
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • sugar 250 g
  • oil 75 ml
  • hazelnuts 30 g
Ingredients for chocolate cream:
  • dark chocolate 100 g
  • sugar 20 g
  • coconut milk 80 ml
    Vegan Carrot Muffins
