How to join the meeting?
2 hours before the event, all participants will receive an email link that will allow them to join the meeting, it will be active 10 minutes before the start. Before that, please install the Zoom application on your phone or computer, depending on what you will use during the meeting. A link to instructions on how to do this can be found below. Mateusz completed a complete education in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu - one of the best culinary schools in the world, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of French cuisine techniques and haute cuisine restaurant standards. He worked as a garnishes & plating in Barcelona at the Arola Restaurant, signed by the head of Sergi Arola, awarded with two Michelin stars. He also gained experience in Asia at Wild Flour Bakery + Cafe, which is a popular chain of restaurants offering premium category food in the best locations in Manila. Mateusz was also a participant in the popular MasterChef show, he occasionally runs cooking classes on TVN and TVN Style. He spends a lot of time traveling, searching for new culinary and terroir cultures around the world.
What is terroir? - do not hesitate to ask him this question during the meeting!

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
Below you will find a list of ingredients that we will deliver to your door (1 day before) and cooking equipment, the preparation of which we will ask you before the start of the event. Cook the potatoes, at least 2 hours before the start, so that they cool down. Thank you :)
Ingredients for gnocchi:
1 large egg
3/4 glass of plain flour
500 grams cooked and mashed potatoes (potatoes should be cooked and cooled down before an online meeting)

Ingredients for souce:
150 grams of eggplant
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 shot of cognac/rum/whiskey (optional)
small bunch of fresh parsley
40 grams of Parmesan or other hard cheese (Grana Padano, pecorino Romano)
40 grams of onion
1 can (400 grams) of pelati tomato
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

    Gnocchi all'Amatriciana VEGE

    Cooking equipment:
    • cooking pot 2-4L
    • a pan with a diameter of 20-26cm
    • grate
    • knife and cutting board
    oIngredients:
    1 large egg
    2 tablespoon of sugar
    175 grams Mascarpone cheese
    2 cups of espresso or black coffee (200 ml)
    50 grams of oblong biscuits (Savoiardi/Ladyfingers)
    1 table spoon of Amaretto liqueur (options)
    cocoa powder for dusting
    Tiramisu
    Cooking equipment:
    • 3 bowls
    • scutcher
    • a glass dish or bowl on Tiramisu
