Mateusz completed a complete education in French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu - one of the best culinary schools in the world, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of French cuisine techniques and haute cuisine restaurant standards. He worked as a garnishes & plating in Barcelona at the Arola Restaurant, signed by the head of Sergi Arola, awarded with two Michelin stars. He also gained experience in Asia at Wild Flour Bakery + Cafe, which is a popular chain of restaurants offering premium category food in the best locations in Manila. Mateusz was also a participant in the popular MasterChef show, he occasionally runs cooking classes on TVN and TVN Style. He spends a lot of time traveling, searching for new culinary and terroir cultures around the world.
