Brownie with dark beer and raspberries
Ingredients for vanilla ice cream (12 portions)
sugar 300 g
grains of one vanilla pod
cream 30-36% 1l
Ingredients for a brownie (10 servings)
dark beer 200 ml
wheat flour 125 g
sugar 200 g
cocoa 40 g
1 teaspoon of baking powder
raspberries 200 g
unsalted butter 180 g
dark chocolate 200 g
In a large bowl, whip the cream stiffly.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl. Add sugar and vanilla beans to them. Rub the mass until it becomes fluffy.
Gently mix the contents of both bowls together.
Put the mass to a separate container. Wrap them with cling film, making sure it touches the ice cream surface. Put in the freezer for 6 hours or all night. Mix them every half hour.
Put butter and dark chocolate in a bowl. Place it over a small pot of boiling water and let the butter and chocolate dissolve. When they dissolve, set aside to cool down.
In a large bowl, mix eggs with dark beer.
Add flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
Mash the raspberries in a separate bowl, using an egg whisk or fork.
Add raspberries to the raw dough and mix well.
Add the cooled chocolate to the resulting mass and mix well again.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C. After removing from the oven, cut into equal pieces and finish with a scoop of ice cream.
