Artichoke Salad
Ingredients (4 portions)
  • grapefruit 280 g
  • canned artichokes 120 g
  • salad mix 120 g
  • Parmesan cheese 20 g
  • dried tomatoes 160 g
  • olive oil 60 ml
  • balsamic vinegar 20 ml
Ingredients for dressing
  • whole grain mustard 10 g
  • Dijon mustard 10 g
  • honey 30 g
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • pepper 1/4 tsp
  • balsamic sauce 10 ml
    Step 1
    Add all the dressing ingredients to the bowl and mix them well.
    Step 2
    Cut the artichokes.
    Step 3
    Peel and fillet the grapefruit.
    Step 4
    Cut the dried tomatoes.
    Step 5
    Mix everything with dressing. Arrange the composition on a plate, sprinkle the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
