How to join the meeting?
2 hours before the event, all participants will receive a link via email that will allow them to join the meeting, it will be active 10 minutes before the start. Before that, please install the Zoom application on your phone or computer, depending on what you will use during the meeting. A link to instructions on how to do this can be found below. It will also be valuable for all of us if you set your name in the application to make it easier for us to communicate - learn how to do it ->

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes for two!
Below you will find a list of ingredients that we will deliver to your door (1 day before during the night from 1 up to 7 am) and cooking equipment, the preparation of which we will ask you before the start of the event - it will help you organize yourselves.

Ingredient for the dish:
  • 300 g of duck breast
  • 50 g of butter
  • 40 ml of demi glace
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of sauerkraut
  • Herbs
  • 1 apple
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of red wine

VEGAN version's ingredients:
  • 200 g of natural tofu
  • 2 tempech
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g of sauerkraut
  • 200 ml of wine
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of marjoram
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups coarse salt
  • 2 cinnamon bark
Roasted duck breast with apples, stewed cabbage and red wine

Equipment:
  • knife and cutting board
  • frying pan with a diameter of 20-26 cm
Ingredients:
  • 200 g of cottage cheese
  • 50 ml cream 36%
  • 50 g of white chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g of biscuits
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla paste
  • 60 g of cherries
  • 60 ml cherry liqueur
  • 30 g of butter
  • 10 g of icing sugar

VEGAN version's ingredients:
  • 200 g of of natural tofu
  • 15 ml of lemon juice
  • Candied orange peel
  • 100 ml of coconut milk with 10 ml of vanilla
  • 60 g of cane sugar
  • 40 g of vanilla pudding
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 100 g of biscuits, digestive types
  • 20 g of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
  • 2 g of spices
